Anna Silk

Anna Silk (born January 31 1974) is Anna Silk (born January 31, 1974) is a Canadian actress most commonly known for her part as Bo from the Showcase television show Lost Girl. Silk was raised in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk as well as Peter Silk were both academics. Ilkay was also a writer, producer, and director. Silk is the director of drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna remembers her very first memory when she was at rehearsals for play with her mother. Silk played in a variety of commercials for kids. She completed her studies at St. Thomas University with the Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas staged two plays in the early years: Seven Menus & The Kitchen. Silk made the move to Toronto to further her acting profession in November 1999. She then, over the decade that followed, she relocated to Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman is her future spouse, whom she was introduced to in Los Angeles at an Actors training. They got engaged in 2009 before getting married at a civil ceremony that December. The couple renewed their vows on April 10, 2011 in Fredericton, after the woman changed her religion to Judaism. Silk Cooperman was born in May 2013and had a son who was named Samuel Jerome Cooperman. Levi Aaron was her second born baby on May 13, 2016. Silk is famous for her television role as Cassidy Holland, in Being Erica. In 2009, she was nominated by for the Gemini Awards. Silk was cast in the lead role in the role of Bo Dennis, a succubus, on the television show Lost Girl. Silk became pregnant during production of the third season finale episode and broke the news to viewers of the show during a Showcase preview of the Season Three special on January 6th, 2013. Silk announced on Twitter on the 20th of June, 2013 that production had begun on Season 4. The 4th of June, 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures confirmed that production had begun for Season 4 of the show. The CNN Cable News Network named her role as Bo and Lauren (Zoie Parker) in Lost Girl as same-sex couples one of their all-time favorite TV Couples. E! named the couple as the top TV Couple for 2013. Entertainment Television. Silk's popularity has resulted in an extensive online presence on social media.
