Sutton Foster is an award-winning actor, singer and dancer who has been featured in eleven Broadway shows, including the return of Violet and also played lead characters in Broadway productions of The Drowsy Chaperone, Little Women, Young Frankenstein, Shrek The Musical, and the Tony Award-winning roles in Anything Goes and Thoroughly Modern Millie. Sutton Foster was the Star Search contestant at the age of 15 and appeared in Bunheads as well as Psych. She has also appeared in Sesame Street and Law and Order SVU. Sutton Foster has toured the US and abroad in a duo with Michael Rafter. She performed songs from "Wish" the first solo CD as well the second one, "An evening With Sutton Foster live at Caf Carlyle". Ball State University conferred her with an Honorary PhD in 2011. Alongside being an instructor and advisor within the Department of Theatre and Dance She was also conferred the degree from Ball State University. In March of 2015, she started acting as "Younger" in TVLand which is a brand new series created by Darren Star.
